Character Information

Name: Wendy
Canon: Kuroshitsuji
Canon Point: Post-death
Age: Unknown, looks like a pre-adolescent child, is more along the lines of 25+
History: Straight on 'til morning
Personality:
In some ways, Wendy perfectly fits the book that her name is lifted from. Like the girl in that book, she is more mature and responsible than what her appearance might lead people to believe.

Unlike what that heroine accomplishes at the end of her book, however, Wendy herself cannot "grow up". Much like Peter and his Lost Boys, her body seems as though it is trapped to be forever that of a child's. Unlike those boys, however, this is not a thing she desires at all. It is a physical part of her body, a mutation or deformation instead of any magic land or pretty spell. Although the reasons are not gone into, this has lead Wendy (plus her aptly named partner and 'family', Peter) to be left on her own to starve in the street and made an outcast. Trapped in the body of a child, no matter her true age, the work she was capable of doing was extremely limited, never giving a homeless orphan such as herself a way to rise even slightly from her station.

It's because of such a rough life where she and her fellow outcasts could find no help from anyone that there are some aspects to Wendy that are a little sharp and jaded. People in positions of power earn her suspicion, as they'd never truly done anything kind for those at the bottom like her or her found family, and her sense of humor can be extremely biting, even mocking at times when she thinks someone has done something particularly foolhardy. Because she and her family were left to starve and die in the gutters of London, she has a very independent way of thinking: If no one will help me or mine, then we'll do whatever it takes to survive on our own.

However, she is not a truly bad person at heart. Perhaps to spite her own eternally childish state, Wendy is also one of the more mature members of Noah's Ark Circus. When Beast is dallying because of her guilt, it's Wendy out of the rest of the first tier members who goes to check in on her for why it's taking so long. She's the one who comforts Beast that she can talk to Joker when they're done with their job, and that they have to move quickly or else they'll get in trouble with law enforcement.
Abilities:
Acrobatics: As a first tier member of Noah's Ark Circus, Wendy is a highly skilled trapeze artist, and knows other acrobatic skills and has an excellent balance. She can even do parkour, able to scale tall buildings very quickly.
Crime: As a child, she managed to survive on the streets by pickpocketing. Once she and the others were drafted for the Baron's own purposes, she became adept at helping kidnap children and murder.
Performer: Wendy uses her childlike appearance to her benefit best she can, whether that's putting on a smile for a show or looking pitiful to squeeze someone's weak spot. It makes her a naturally good liar.
Combat: While fairly athletic, Wendy isn't extremely combat experienced but is still a danger if underestimated. She's best at using her acrobatic skill to keep a distance from people, and knows how to use garrote plus knives attached to wires. Better as an assassin than anything.
Strengths: Mature - Comforting - Daring - Discreet - Playful
Weaknesses: Deceptive - Mischievous - Haughty - Skeptical - Vengeful

God/Shinki: Shinki
Why?: I have no indepth reason this time, shinki are just needed and no on deserves to remember Victorian Era England, especially Kuroshitsuji's version.
Cause Of Death: Shot through the head
Vessel: A pair of ballet flats
Name Location: Between her shoulder blades
Power: Gravity Manipulation - Allows the user to manipulate the gravity in their immediate area, either very light or much heavier. With practice, could narrow down the area or focus on a single target.
